Senior Splunk Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports based on business and technical needs
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and outages using Splunk data, providing actionable recommendations
• Optimize Splunk configurations and queries for maximum performance and cost efficiency
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align monitoring strategies with organizational objectives
• Document Splunk-related processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing
• Mentor junior team members on Splunk best practices and effective usage

Skills Required:

• Must-Have:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Splunk development and Splunk ITSI
  • Ability to create and optimize dashboards, alerts, and queries for performance
• Nice-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and workflows
  • Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
