Responsibilities:

Act as the primary customer-facing technical resource during customer / partner meetings and technology evaluations, working at all levels in the organization with Data Scientists, AI/ML practitioners, Architects, Technologists, Product owners, Transformation leaders, & C-level executives.

Serve as a trusted advisor on AI to help customers with their end-to-end vision; AI strategy, operating model & architectural best practices, problem framing, data preparation, scripting, model building, model deployment, model management, and output consumption.

Lead the development of product demos, prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and potential impact of Centific’s AI solutions for clients.

Oversee the deployment and integration of AI solutions into client environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. This includes owning the hand-off to Centific’s Delivery and Engineering team’s post-sale.

As an integral member of the team, you will be expected to provide guidance to GTM, Product and Engineering leaders on strategy, product obstacles/gaps and associated resourcing requirements to achieve optimization.

Partner closely with Sales to a) achieve target quotas and b) to ensure alignment between commercial and technical parameters for a given engagement.

Build and manage a solution engineering playbook including demo materials and associated assets to support the GTM team.

Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors within the AI/ML space, and how to position Centific in relation to them

Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and Marketing to continuously improve Centific’s products and marketing.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any of Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or a related field

5+ years of related consulting experience leading a solution engineering team

5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including solution design in a B2B software company or AI/ML consulting.

Proficiency in executing a value-centric sales motion using methodologies like MEDDIC or similar.

Experienced in Supervised and Unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Javascript/Typescript, Bash scripts or programming languages.

Hands-on experience in building and implementing machine learning or GenAI models (bonus points!)

Proven track record of collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of machine learning solutions aligned with business outcomes.

Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos

Experience and understanding of at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)

Experience with at least one Data Science tool such as AWS Sagemaker, AzureML, Dataiku, Datarobot, H2O, and Jupyter Notebooks
