Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC), ETL, and data management platforms. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering cloud data governance, catalog, and data quality solutions for enterprise customers across banking, finance, and transportation sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, migration, and implementation of end-to-end cloud-based data governance solutions using Informatica IDMC tools including CDGC, CDQ, CDI, CDP, and MCC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategy, governance frameworks, glossary terms, lineage, and catalog integrations.
• Manage project delivery, resource planning, and Agile ceremonies for large-scale implementations across multi-regional teams.
• Provide architecture guidance for ETL design, metadata management, and data warehouse development using Informatica PowerCenter and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Conduct client workshops, knowledge transfers, and training sessions on Informatica’s cloud ecosystem.
• Oversee governance projects involving migration from legacy tools (Axon, EDC) to IDMC-based frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data governance, ETL development, data warehousing, and project management.
• Strong proficiency with Informatica IDMC stack – CDGC, CDQ, CDI, MCC, CDP.
• Experience managing complex migrations from on-prem to cloud-based Informatica services.
• Solid understanding of Agile & Hybrid project delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Elastic, Dynatrace, Autosys, and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to interact with C-level stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams.
• Informatica certifications in CDGC and CDQ are mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in Banking/Financial Services and/or Transportation sectors.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.
• Exposure to metadata command centers and enterprise data marketplaces.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (B.Tech preferred).
