Senior Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and lead the end-to-end global implementation of SAP MDG, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy.
• Define and implement MDG data models, workflows, UI configurations, and data quality rules across all master data domains.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDG solutions.
• Design and implement data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
• Integrate SAP MDG with S/4HANA, ECC, non-SAP systems, and external data sources using MDG APIs, Data Services, and middleware.
• Lead data migration, cleansing, and enrichment activities to support MDG go-live and ongoing operations.
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor junior architects and consultants.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in master data management practices.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 15+ years of SAP experience, with at least 7-8 years in SAP MDG architecture and implementation.
• At least 4 MDG full cycle implementation projects across all the data domains
• Proven experience delivering global MDG programs across multiple master data domains.
• Deep knowledge of SAP MDG on S/4HANA, including data modeling, BRF+, FPM, and DRF.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Data Services, and integration tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
