Description

Configuring, implementing, and managing the IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG) and Engineering Test Management (ETM) systems

  • Fixing bugs and creating streams within DNG
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, defining requirements, and managing them throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conducting reviews, securing stakeholder approvals, and managing project baselines and user roles
  • Designing Software Implementation and Management plans
  • Maintaining (and ensuring the team maintains) clear, detailed records of qualification, validation, and change control activities for future compliance audits

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field

  • 5+ years of Life Science industry experience

Must have expertise configuring, creating streams, and fixing bugs within IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG)

  • Project management skills - May involve tasks like managing user roles, permissions, and project baselines
  • Collaboration and communication skills - Effectively communicating with stakeholders and team members
  • Problem-solving skills - Identifying and resolving issues related to requirements management
  • Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members
