  • Collaborate with architects and product managers to implement and deliver engineering solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers to promote engineering excellence and best practices.
  • Participate in all phases of development from design to delivery, taking ownership of projects.
  • Continuously learn and improve both personally and as part of the team.
  • Demonstrate strong coding skills through code reviews and Fagan inspections.
  • Maintain good communication and teamwork across diverse groups.

Experience Requirement:

  • 6 - 9 years of experience in fullstack Python application development.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native micro-services and backend development using Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently while mentoring junior team members.
  • Experience in collaborative environments with architects and product managers.
