Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with your Scrum team to understand requirements and problems to be solved.
  • Identify the right tools, participate in design sessions, and build reliable solutions.
  • Focus on code quality, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Provide technical design and leadership of features from inception to release.
  • Mentor and support less experienced engineers.
  • Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of products.
  • Strong experience with modern web technologies: JavaScript (ES Next), HTML5, CSS/Sass, and frameworks (ReactJS preferred).
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS.
  • Experience in developing responsive applications with solid architecture and UI design.
  • Skilled in writing unit tests, end-to-end (E2E) tests, and creating testable components.
  • Experience building automation scripts and tools to support CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of best coding practices and documentation standards.

Nice to Have:

  • Academic background in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience with AWS and other cloud technologies.
  • Contribution to open-source development projects.
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform with minimal direction.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, B.Tech/M.Tech (Dual), M.Tech, M.E., M.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
