Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Advanced Technologies team to build and scale Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for cutting-edge clinical diagnostic products! We are looking for innovative software engineers eager to work with emerging technologies and drive efficiency in healthcare technology.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Develop and scale systems that manage patient samples from order to result
🔹 Work with emerging technologies like LLMs (Large Language Models) to enhance customer order processing
🔹 Design & build microservices applications for system integrations
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and implement scalable solutions
🔹 Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code while maintaining high-quality frameworks
🔹 Develop & maintain automated test suites for smooth releases.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in Java full-stack development.
✅ 3+ years of experience with JavaScript & UI frameworks (e.g., jQuery).
✅ Hands-on experience with data modeling, RDBMS, NoSQL, XML, JSON.
✅ Strong SQL skills for generating reports from large databases (Oracle preferred).Docker, Kubernetes
✅ Experience with  & AWS for cloud-native applications.
✅ Background in LIMS development (LabVantage or STARLIMS) in healthcare is a plus.
✅ Experience with Agile methodologies, test automation & CI/CD.
✅ Curiosity for AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Open Source contributions)

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Biosciences
