Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver scalable data solutions to support business performance tracking and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Tableau/Python.
  • Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract, cleanse, and manipulate large datasets.
  • Translate business problems into analytical solutions by applying data storytelling and visualization techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Risk, Product, Operations) to understand requirements and implement data strategies.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and automate manual reporting processes.

Experience Requirement:

  • 3 - 8 years of experience in data analytics, dashboard development, and scripting.
  • Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in building dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Good working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation.
  • Experience in delivering insights to business stakeholders using data storytelling techniques.
  • Exposure to large datasets and regulatory reporting will be an added advantage.
