Key Skills: ServiceNow, Api Integration, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Archer 6.X

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development, estimations, implementation, and customization of solutions using ServiceNow GRC modules.
  • Analyze business requirements for GRC solutions and develop the GRC Applications in ServiceNow.
  • Design and configure workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Deliver technical expertise in ServiceNow development related to the IRM Module.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and platform updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications.
  • Act as a mentor for team members of different skill sets and be flexible for upskilling.

Skills Required:

  • Must-Have:
    • Proficiency in ServiceNow development and customization
    • Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules
    • Experience with API Integration for connecting systems
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Familiarity with Archer 6.X

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
