Description

Qualifications:

  • 8 to 15  years of software and/or build automation experience, with working closely with test teams to ensure releases are up to organizational standards.
  • Strong background and in-depth understanding of Unix & Linux. 
  • Strong knowledge on Building products on Unix/Linux using  C-Compiler (viz. gcc & make utility)
  • Good knowledge of debugging product build issues.
  • Solid understanding of source code control systems, branching, merging,  release management
  • Strong Experience in SCM tool: ClearCase  &  GITHUB
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as Jenkins
  • Strong hands-on scripting in Shell/Perl/Python is a must 
  • Experience  creating Linux RPM packages an added advantage.
  • Experience with various static analysis tools (Coverity, etc.,)
  • Experience with automating build processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
