Key Skills: ServiceNow, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development, estimations, implementation, and customization of solutions using ServiceNow GRC modules.
  • Analyze business requirements for GRC solutions and develop GRC Applications in ServiceNow.
  • Design and configure workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Deliver technical expertise in ServiceNow development related to the IRM Module.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and platform updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications.
  • Act as a mentor for team members and be flexible for upskilling.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and customization

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules
  • Familiarity with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) workflows
  • Understanding of Policy Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit functionalities within ServiceNow

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
