Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop advanced ServiceNow applications and workflows
Build modern, user-centric UIs using JS frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
Implement unit tests and automation using Jest/Mocha
Integrate AI/ML features like recommendation engines and intelligent automation
Lead design reviews, mentor developers, and drive DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Git)

Qualifications:
5+ years of software development experience
2+ years in ServiceNow development
Strong in JavaScript, UI/UX, and performance optimization
Familiar with AI tools (OpenAI, TensorFlow, Azure Cognitive, etc.)
ServiceNow certifications preferred
Excellent communication & collaboration skills
