Responsibilities:

Serve as the first line of defense for IT-related issues

Act as the interface between the business team and IT project teams in the US and India.

Translate business requirements into IT requirements

Manage and execute projects, including Salesforce implementations and Oracle ERP migrations.

Oversee budgeting and support future growth initiatives for the Puerto Rico distribution business.

Ensure the IT environment in Puerto Rico mirrors the US setup for consistency and ease of changes.
