Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a technical leader for the ServiceNow platform, overseeing architecture decisions, best practices, and overall platform governance.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations within ServiceNow.
• Lead implementations and enhancements across key ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, TSM, TNI, WSD, GRC).
• Design and develop secure integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, MID servers, and integration hubs.
• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all solutions meet security and compliance requirements, including audit trails, access control, and change management protocols.
