Description

As a Sr. Engineer for ServiceNow Development, you will analyze business requirements and problems and drives research to design quality technical solutions. You will be involved in portions of the full systems life cycle (based on experience/skills) and will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform delivered on time and within budget. You will handle complex problems independently and demonstrates analytical thinking, are able to make judgements and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of data.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge of:
• ServiceNow IT Modules (i.e. ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, SecOps, Vulnerability Response, Service Portal, SAM Pro, Integration Hub, and/or Performance Analytics.)

Skill in:
• Development in JavaScript on the ServiceNow Platform
• Integrations (e.g., REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Orchestration, etc.)
• Scoped Applications
• Flow Designer, preferred
• Integration Hub, preferred 
• Service Portal, preferred 

Education/Previous Experience:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related degree and (three) 3 to (five) 5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education, training and experience.
• May have one or more technical or business-related certifications
