Must-have skills: 5+ y of exp developing, implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment; exp with multiple ServiceNow modules and with Customer Service Management (CSM); exp with Service Portal Development and/or Flow designer and/or traditional workflows; ServiceNow Data model
PREFERRED : gov exp, ServiceNow Scripting - Business rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc; ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy and actions, and client and server scripts; exp building dashboards and reports.
