Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the integration of AI-driven conversational platforms, particularly Moveworks, into our ServiceNow ecosystem. This role will focus on enhancing automation, user experience, and operational efficiency across ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the integration of Moveworks with ServiceNow using Openframe Knowledge API and Virtual Agent frameworks. - Configure and validate conversational flows, widgets, and role-based access controls. - Develop and maintain Service Portals, Catalog Items, Scoped Applications, and Mobile Experiences. - Automate workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business needs. - Design dashboards and analytics using Performance Analytics and App Engine Studio. - Ensure seamless interoperability between ServiceNow and enterprise systems. Required Skills: - 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. - Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB. - Proven experience integrating AI platforms like Moveworks or Microsoft Copilot with ServiceNow. - Expertise in portal development and scoped applications. - Familiarity with plugin configuration, Openframe Knowledge API, Customer Service Management. - Experience with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent. Preferred Qualifications: - Certified ServiceNow Developer or Technical Architect. - Experience with conversational AI platforms Moveworks, Copilot, Now Assist. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
