Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with Workflow Designer and Flow Designer, enabling the automation and optimization of business processes across the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on HAM Pro and ITSM.
• Build and optimize workflows using Workflow Designer and Flow Designer to automate business processes.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow components including business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using IntegrationHub and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Enhance ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Manage the asset lifecycle using HAM Pro, including procurement, inventory, and disposal.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven expertise in HAM Pro and ITSM modules.
• Strong experience with Workflow Designer and Flow Designer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, IntegrationHub, and CMDB.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other ServiceNow modules like SAM Pro, Discovery, or HRSD.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
