Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new ServiceNow applications and enhancements, customizing workflows, integrating with external systems, and ensuring the health and performance of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs.
Contribute to building and maintaining custom workflows and scripts to enhance platform functionality and automate processes.
Create and manage web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular for both internal and external clients.
Monitor health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow instances and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end users effectively and efficiently.
Participate actively in development, testing, deployment, and problem-solving related to ServiceNow.

Technical Requirements:

4+ years of overall software development experience with at least 2+ years in ServiceNow development.
Hands-on experience in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps modules.
Strong JavaScript development skills with passion for web technologies and component-based design.
Experience building and managing ServiceNow objects such as Tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Policies, Script Includes, and Macros.
Develop tools and dashboards to support ITSM and project workflows.
Configure workflows and perform integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
Experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches, updates, and version upgrades.
