Description

Responsibilities
ServiceNow Development: Design, configure, and implement ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB solutions to align with business objectives and optimize processes.
Customization & Automation: Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI actions, and notifications to automate tasks and streamline operations.
Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow environment.
CMDB Management: Optimize and maintain the CMDB, configure CI classes, attributes, and relationships, and manage integrations with Discovery and other ITOM tools.

Qualifications
Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), integration (REST/SOAP APIs), and platform customization.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred. ITIL certification is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to meet business needs.

Any Graduate
