Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance business processes, automation, and IT service management (ITSM). The role requires expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, integration, and administration to ensure optimal performance and scalability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps modules.
Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
Develop and maintain Service Catalogs, Request Management, and Custom Applications.
Configure and implement Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping for IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, Web Services, and Integration Hub.
Optimize ServiceNow performance by troubleshooting issues and implementing best practices.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and data models.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and module deployments.
Ensure security and compliance of ServiceNow applications by following industry best practices.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and assist in team collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and implementation.
Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or other modules.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, and ACLs.
Experience in building and managing CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management solutions.
Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) and Performance Analytics.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow development.
Nice to Have:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
Experience with ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) or Vulnerability Response.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for ServiceNow integrations.
