Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Over 10 years of comprehensive experience with ServiceNow platform administration/management, designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM capabilities
- Skilled in developing ServiceNow APIs, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI pages, UI macros, business rules, client scripts, UI scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, and security rules
- Scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, Powershell
- Over 10 years of comprehensive experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Act as the technical subject matter expert and platform architect, overseeing administration, configuration, development, integration, upgrades, and ongoing optimization of ServiceNow ITSM.
- Proven hands-on expertise in GRC and IT Operations Management (preferred).
- Experience working with Workday, Oracle, SQL Server, and API integrations (preferred)
