Description

  • Work on projects implementing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Work on eBonding projects from both sides (Customer to Provider and Provider to Customer) end to end.
  • Develop DocuSign Integration for Custom Applications.
  • Liaise with risk management, internal audit and employee services departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
  • Perform impact Analysis, Business Continuity & Disaster recovery.
  • Conduct Governance, Risk and Compliance and Enterprise Risk management.
  • Work with Service Portal development and native UI.
  • Develop user interface (UI) applications utilizing UI Builder.
  • Work on Integration between Workday , ServiceNow, Seibel , ServiceNow.
  • Perform HRSD implementation.
  • Implement IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
  • Work with Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management and Service Request Catalog.
  • Implement SLAs, ACLs, Roles, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions and Business rules.
  • Implement RESTful Web services to retrieve data from client side.
  • Work with request-response of RESTful APIs and SOAP APIs tools like Postman and SOAP UI.
  • Perform QA testing, impersonating PO, Service Owners, and End Users to perform User Acceptance Testing in UAT during the Software Development Life Cycle and coordinate with internal UAT teams (onsite and offshore).
  • Build Virtual agent integration to invoke Knowledge, Incident and Requests from chat. 40 hrs/wk.
  • Must have Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, or a related field and 1 year experience (or 1 year experience as Software Developer, Analyst, Specialist, or related occupation).
  • Must have 1 year experience working with eBonding projects;
  • Developing DocuSign for Custom Applications;

  • Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted

Any Graduate
