Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior SEO Architect with proven expertise in semantic SEO, knowledge graph integration, and structured data engineering. You will lead the evolution of our search engine visibility, working at the intersection of ontology-based markup, Google Jobs schema, Bing index optimization, and advanced technical SEO.

This is not your average SEO role. We’re building a search-first job discovery engine and need someone who lives and breathes crawling, indexing, and ranking algorithms.

Your Responsibilities:

Structured Data & Ontology Design

Build and maintain custom schema.org types, JobPosting markup, and linked data ontologies using JSON-LD.

Ensure compliance with Google Jobs, Bing Jobs, and IndexNow protocols.

Map internal database structures to semantic schema taxonomies (locations, job types, salary ranges).

Advanced Technical SEO

Create and optimize crawl budget distribution, canonical URL strategies, and indexation control via robots.txt, sitemaps, and headers.

Implement server-side rendering (SSR) or dynamic rendering strategies for JavaScript-heavy pages.

Leverage log file analysis, Core Web Vitals tuning, and first-byte latency audits.

Search Intelligence & Ranking Optimization

Architect internal entity-based linking frameworks to boost topical authority.

Optimize for passage indexing, rankbrain context extraction, and neural matching.

A/B test SERP snippet variations using custom meta description and title logic.

Analytics, Tracking, and Forensics

Configure advanced tracking with Google Tag Manager, Search Console, GA4, and Bing Webmaster Tools.

Run SEO forensics to recover from indexation drops, duplicate clusters, or algorithmic suppressions.

Monitor schema coverage reports, URL inspection APIs, and real-time SERP volatility.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience handling enterprise-level SEO and large-scale structured data strategies.

Expert in schema.org, JSON-LD, and ontology mapping.

Strong understanding of Google Search Central guidelines, API integrations, and search crawler behavior.

Tools: Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, GSC API, Log Analyzer, WebPageTest, SEMRush, IndexNow, Bing Content Submission API.

Bonus: Familiarity with RDF triples, OWL, or SHACL.
