Senior Search Scientist – Cheminformatics

At aarth.io, we are building a next-generation digital research platform to accelerate chemical, pharmaceutical, and life sciences R&D. We’re seeking a PhD scientist with deep expertise in cheminformatics and ELN workflows to lead the design and validation of structure-based search, compound intelligence, and experimental data systems across diverse scientific domains.

Key Responsibilities

Define and validate molecular search logic (exact, substructure, similarity, Markush).

Guide chemical structure handling (SMILES, InChI, SDF) and compound registration flows.

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate scientific workflows into ELN and search modules.

Ensure scientific rigor in structure–activity analysis, ADMET prediction, and knowledge extraction.

Represent the end-user scientist perspective in product design and testing.
