Description

The role requires someone who can collaborate with senior leadership and drive agile transformations at scale, and as such, we’re looking for an individual who can “ride the elevator up to the boiler room” and help navigate the complexities of these changes while managing expectations at every level.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the ability to work effectively in both Waterfall and Agile environments
•Heavy experience with Azure/DevOps
•Deep expertise in Microsoft and .NET development
•Ability to engage with senior leadership, guiding the transition and process improvements
