Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach

About the Role

As a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching teams in Agile principles and practices. You will create an environment that enables teams to perform at their best, facilitate collaboration, and remove impediments that hinder progress. Your role will also involve facilitating workshops, performing activity and story mapping exercises, and ensuring Agile best practices are followed.

This is a 6-month B2B contract with the possibility of extension, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of Agile excellence by guiding teams in Agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and best practices.
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, ensuring efficiency and alignment across teams.
• Remove obstacles that may slow down or block the team's progress.
• Facilitate workshops and story mapping exercises to drive clarity and efficiency.
• Act as a servant leader, enabling high-performance teams through continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including product management, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Promote an Agile mindset and encourage innovation within the organization.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong Agile leadership experience with a proven ability to coach and mentor teams.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile tools.
• Deep understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, DevOps, and Lean Agile methods.
• Experience in coaching, teaching, and facilitating Agile processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
