Description

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions for multiple business domains (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR).
  • Develop, test, and implement custom SAP S/4HANA objects using ABAP (OO, CDS Views, AMDP, OData) and SAP Fiori/UI5 technologies.
  • Integrate SAP S/4HANA with internal and third-party systems via SAP PO/CPI or RESTful services.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, story estimation) and project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to HCSC standards, data security, and healthcare regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOC2).
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and support post-go-live SAP S/4HANA technical issues.
  • Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers.
  • Keep abreast of latest SAP S/4HANA best practices, frameworks, and release features.
  • Apply deep technical expertise in ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Workflow, and enhancements.
  • Leverage experience with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, and side-by-side extensions (preferred).
  • Utilize knowledge of healthcare/insurance industry processes for solution alignment.
  • Contribute to the success of full SAP S/4HANA project lifecycles using Agile/SAFe and DevOps tools
