Responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience:

Salesforce Development Expertise:
Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Integration Skills:
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Salesforce Customization:
Proficient in customizing Service Cloud features such as case management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.
Automation & Tools:
Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules).
Version Control & Deployment:
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and deployment processes using Salesforce DX and change sets.
Problem-Solving & Debugging:
Strong debugging skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.
Collaboration Skills:
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 

Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of Salesforce security model and best practices.
Experience with CI/CD processes in Salesforce development.
