Senior Salesforce Platform Architect

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
*7+ years’ Salesforce Experience
*Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
*Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and declarative customization tools.
*Extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
*Strong proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, schema design, and data migration techniques.
*Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
*Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
*Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
*Experience leading the development of critical customer facing Web sites
*Salesforce platform and development experience
*Working experience and knowledge of end-to-end system delivery from design, development, integrations, data migration, transition into production operations
*Proficient in data modeling, design patterns and Salesforce platform org limitations

Preferred Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems or related fields / experience
*Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Copado, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems such as Git is a plus.
*Relevant Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce *Certified Platform Developer I, Application Architect, System Architect and *Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
*Aviation experience a plus
