Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team as an onsite lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and Salesforce development, with a focus on optimizing and managing multiple organizational pipelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • DevOps Management: Utilize your extensive experience with Git, Git Pipelines, Jira, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX to streamline and enhance our development processes.
  • Tool Proficiency: Leverage additional tool experiences with Copado or Flosum to further optimize our DevOps workflows.
  • Pipeline Management: Demonstrate your ability to manage multiple organizational pipelines effectively, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Salesforce Development: Apply your strong Salesforce Lightning development skills to create and maintain high-quality applications.
  • Full-Stack Expertise: Utilize your background in React and full-stack development to bring a comprehensive approach to Salesforce development projects.
  • Onsite Leadership: Lead and mentor the team onsite, providing guidance and support to ensure project success and team cohesion.


 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in DevOps with a focus on Git, Git Pipelines, Jira, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
  • Strong Salesforce Lightning development skills.
  • Background in React or full-stack development, with a transition to Salesforce development.
  • Ability to manage and optimize multiple organizational pipelines.
  • Experience in a lead role, with strong leadership and mentoring skills
