Total and relevant years of experience required.

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Solutions.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience on Salesforce Billing or other similar Billing platforms.
  • At least 1 end to end Salesforce Billing implementation / support project experience

 Skills:  

  • Hands-on experience implementing CPQ Billing, including Contract Renewal, Amendment, Subscriptions, Billing Rules, Tax rules, invoice scheduler and Payment
  • Salesforce Hands-on Configuration, Solutioning, Implementation, and support
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Billing, including monthly, quarterly, and annual billing, as well as billing treatment adjustments
  • Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities for e-payment and wallet functionality
  • Strong knowledge of configuring billing schedulers and billing treatments
  • Experience working with scenarios involving invoicing plans for various subscription terms (annual, monthly, one-time, multi-year)
  • Ability to consolidate and group invoice generation based on specific business use cases
  • Proficiency in integrating the Billing module with downstream ERP applications
  • Proficiency in integrating the Product usage information with the billing module
  • Support month-end closing of billing and accounts receivable, including AR sub-ledger reconciliation
  • Strong understanding of Quote to cash business process and its integration aspects with the billing module
  • Hands-on experience in Force.com platform using APEX, LWC, flows
  • Good to have Advanced Billing super badges
  • Preferred Salesforce CPQ certified
