Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented senior sales representative to drive sales and guide our sales team. The senior sales representative's responsibilities include analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company products, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company products or services purchased, as well as submitting account plans and sales reports to higher management. You should also be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
To be successful as a senior sales executive, you should be persuasive and able to build rapport with customers. Ultimately, an outstanding senior sales executive should be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

 

 

Job Responsibilities
● Identifying target market for different products along with multiple strategies to convert them into sales
● Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
● Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of your products.
● Identifying promising prospects through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
● Meet sales revenue targets.
● Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
● Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
● Ensures that all sales activities run smoothly, providing overall guidance to
newly-recruited and less experienced Sales Representatives.

● Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and
existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
● Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
● Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success
to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.

 

 

Requirements and Qualifications
● Minimum of five years sales experience in business-to business sales
● Have a consultative sales approach
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
● Good presentation skills
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
● Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
● Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
● Driven and motivated
● Exceptional customer service skills.
● Have managed a team of sales representatives in previous experiences.
