Senior RPA Developer

Overview: The Senior RPA Developer plays a crucial role in automating and optimizing business processes by leveraging cutting-edge Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. This position serves as a leader in developing RPA solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance productivity, and reduce costs across various departments. The Senior RPA Developer will collaborate with business stakeholders to assess automation opportunities, design efficient workflows, and lead the implementation of RPA solutions. This role is instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment of RPA initiatives, fostering innovation, and driving continuous improvement within the organization. They will mentor junior developers, establish best practices, and contribute to the overall RPA strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and assess business processes for automation opportunities

Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath or similar tools

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements

Create process flow diagrams and detailed documentation for automation processes

Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots while ensuring high-quality standards

Perform ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing RPA solutions

Conducted unit testing and supported user acceptance testing of developed solutions

Monitor and troubleshoot RPA applications to ensure optimal performance

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior RPA developers

Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and technologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in RPA and blueprism

Proficiency in RPA tools, preferably UiPath

Strong understanding of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python

experience in database technologies and SQL queries

Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Experience in creating detailed technical documentation
