Senior Research And Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design changes and maintenance releases for medical device products.
Perform hands-on mechanical design, prototyping, and testing.
Create and manage 3D models, drawings, and assemblies using SolidWorks or similar tools.
Maintain and update design history files in compliance with medical device regulations.
Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement efforts.
Nice to Have:

Experience collaborating with outside vendors and cross-functional teams.
Exposure to data/statistical analysis and technical reporting.
Familiarity with test procedures for V&V, field complaint handling, and production impact assessments.
