Senior Quality Engineer

Job Description:
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As Senior Quality Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Expertise in using test automation tools like Selenium / WebDriverIO / Junit is a MUST
• Managing the quality assurance activities for the full lifecycle of the development projects (from evaluation through specification, design, realization until test and support)
• Define quality measures striving for high robust business software
• Implement automation tests and own responsibility for the quality of the products
• Orchestrate the quality community working together with the delivery and development leads across locations

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in software and/or managing software quality assurance and testing with at least 2 years either in the role of Quality Expert or Quality Program Accountable
• Strong knowledge of Functional and Non-Functional Testing covering majorly on Performance, Security and Open Source
• Strong exposure on Automation tools like Selenium, WebDriver etc. is a must
• Excellent in verbal and written communication in English


WORK EXPERIENCE

Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality development, preferably as senior quality engineer of a scrum team, driving quality activities of products
