Senior QA Test Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior QA Test Lead with 8+ years of professional experience to oversee all aspects of testing throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.

- Lead end-to-end testing activities, ensuring comprehensive coverage and timely delivery.
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and detailed test cases.
- Conduct functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create test scenarios.
- Oversee defect tracking and reporting using tools like Azure DevOps.
- Mentor junior QA team members and manage offshore testing teams.
