SWA GPT Rollout: Focused initially on HQ employees, with plans to expand enterprise-wide.
Goal: Accelerate development and scale adoption of the GPT solution.
Current State Development Status:
MVP Released: Minimum Viable Product was released at the end of Q1.
Platform: GPT is built on the AI Common Platform (AWS Bedrock).
Solution: Custom-built using Anthropic as the LLM.
Development: Designs are complete; UI development is in progress.
Client Goals:
User Feedback: Understand user needs and expectations through MVP feedback.
Broader Release Planning: Focus on change management, training, compliance, and guardrails for responsible AI use.
Data Integration: Currently using public web LLM with future plans for internal data integration.
Team Make-Up:
Team Size: 3 resources.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to accelerate the development and scale adoption of the GPT solution.
Engage in UI development using React.js and backend development using Python, AWS, JSON, and YAML.
Participate in change management, training, compliance, and establishing guardrails for responsible AI use.
Integrate internal data with the public web LLM to enhance the solution.
Provide feedback and insights based on MVP user feedback to refine and improve the product
