Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of support to customers, interfacing with product management and engineering to resolve issues
  • Deliver clear and timely customer communications on issues, product enhancements, releases, and other customer-impacting matters
  • Develop user and technical documentation, including FAQs
  • Train customers and new employees to succeed on the Blockgraph platform
  • Advocate for Customer Success throughout the organization
  • Grow into a Subject Matter Expert in emerging and market-leading technologies
  • Articulate platform solutions to a mixed skillset of end users
  • Inform use cases for engineering improvements from customer interactions
  • Participate in on-call rotational work during nights, weekends, and live events as needed
  • Adapt and learn new technologies quickly
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, thriving in a flexible startup environment

Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and Regular Expressions (REGEX)
  • Proficiency in Microservices architecture
  • Solid knowledge of AWS and Docker for cloud-native development

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
