Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of support to customers, interfacing with product management and engineering to resolve issues
- Deliver clear and timely customer communications on issues, product enhancements, releases, and other customer-impacting matters
- Develop user and technical documentation, including FAQs
- Train customers and new employees to succeed on the Blockgraph platform
- Advocate for Customer Success throughout the organization
- Grow into a Subject Matter Expert in emerging and market-leading technologies
- Articulate platform solutions to a mixed skillset of end users
- Inform use cases for engineering improvements from customer interactions
- Participate in on-call rotational work during nights, weekends, and live events as needed
- Adapt and learn new technologies quickly
- Collaborate effectively within a team, thriving in a flexible startup environment
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Regular Expressions (REGEX)
- Proficiency in Microservices architecture
- Solid knowledge of AWS and Docker for cloud-native development
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
