Senior Project Manager

Description

• We are looking for a highly experienced and organized Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Scrum methodologies and project management best practices, ensuring the timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse teams.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to senior leadership
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Proactively address issues and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Monitor and report on project performance using tools like MS Project.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in Scrum methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project
• PMP certification is preferred but not required
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
