Description

Responsibilities

  • Organize a team across multiple departments to work on a large-scale replacement project
  • Creation and management of an RFP for public sector ERP system upgrade
  • Assist with the development of an RFP
  • Vendor management
  • Manage RFP responses within a designated timeline
  • Represent the City’s interests
  • Schedule demonstrations
  • Manage vendor selection
  • Assist with the implementation of the new ERP platform

Requirements

  • Experience with several software implementation projects of a similar scale
  • Must have experience in HR, Benefits, Finance, Budget, AP and/or Payroll solutions
  • Ability to organize a strong team within various departments of the City
  • Must have experience in the development and management of the RFP process
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Fluent English both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of City personnel
  • Must be deadline oriented
