Job Description:

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile. Familiarity with BDD, Scaled Agile Framework and principles is highly preferred.
    Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Recent experience working with a team of software engineers.
  • Previous knowledge and experience with delivering at scale would be a valuable asset
  • Experience with a Bank Accounts Receivable or Payment or Lending Product highly preferred
  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience) preferred.
  • High degree of comfort and understanding with technical concepts, data structure, tech stacks preferred
  • Prior experience in a matrix organization and cross functional environment is a plu
