Senior Project Manager

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, multi-project programs in a Professional Services or Managed Services environment. This role involves managing technology-driven initiatives end-to-end, including customer-facing and internal projects, with ownership of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder communications.

Must-Have Experience & Background

• 10+ years in Project Management, ideally in a Professional Services, Consulting, or Managed Services environment
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-project programs end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with SDLC and project methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal leadership
• Comfortable managing both internal and customer-facing projects

Must-Have Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• One or more of the following certifications:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PRINCE2
  • CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)
  • SAFe Agile
  • ITIL/ITSM
  • Lean Six Sigma

Must-Have Skills & Tools

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation)
• Experience with project planning and tracking tools like:
  • MS Project, JIRA, ConnectWise, Planner
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Visio)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making mindset
• Ability to manage scope, time, budget, risks, and quality effectively
