Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale cloud migration program to Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT transformation projects, particularly in cloud environments, and will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities

● Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a multi-phase cloud migration program to Microsoft Azure.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, application, and business units.

● Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

● Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.

● Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

● Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

● Provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.

● Drive change management and user adoption strategies.
Required Qualifications

● 15+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 5 years in cloud migration or cloud-native projects.

● Proven experience managing Azure cloud migration projects (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

● Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, and DevOps practices.

● Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).

● PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

● Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-305, or AZ-400) are a strong plus.

● Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).

● Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

● Experience with data center decommissioning and legacy system modernization.
Education

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

● Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
