Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Managing 2-4 projects simultaneously
- Utilizing both traditional project plan and Agile methodology
- Working with junior project managers on some projects
- Overseeing project documentation and status meetings
- Managing project issues list and providing updates
- Executing and updating project communication plans
- Facilitating Agile project management activities such as stand-up meetings and backlog grooming
- Onboarding new team members and delegating tasks
- Teaching, coaching, and mentoring junior project management talent
- Participating in the development of project charters and work breakdown structures
- Collaborating with the Executive Director, Program Officer, and other team members

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience
- PMP certification
- A certification in Agile methodology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and motivate team members and stakeholders
- Flexibility and resourcefulness in problem-solving
