Responsibilities:
1. Serve as primary point of contact for the Client regarding project management and implementation of third-party vendor solutions
2. Work with third-party vendors to review and identify impacts and dependencies across project plans
3. Facilitate project status meetings with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors and capture action items
4. Develop and maintain an integrated implementation schedule with goals, milestones and all aspects of SDLC
5. Perform impact analysis for any schedule and milestone changes and maintains issue logs
6. Represent the Client in project planning meetings with the third-party vendors and identify implementation tasks for the project
7. Liaise with third party vendors and agency SME's to support project planning, implementation planning, testing, triage and issue resolution
8. Identify, triage and solves project issues and perform Go-live readiness assessments
9. Work with the internal and external implementation leads to address project issues and mitigate risk.
10. Strong organizational, presentation, analytical and customer service skills.
11. May oversee business analysts assigned to projects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
2. Minimum 5-10 years of project management experience
3. Minimum 5 years of business analyst experience
4. Former local, state, federal government experience preferred
5. Experience with State Based Marketplaces preferred
6. Proficiency in the following MS Project, MS Office 365
