SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
End-to-End Project Management:
·        Oversee the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
·        Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Strategic Planning:
·        Develop project plans that align with organizational objectives.
·        Translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
Risk Management:
·        Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
·        Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
Stakeholder Engagement:
·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external vendors.
·        Ensure effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations.
Change Management:
·        Drive organizational readiness for changes associated with project outcomes.
·        Support the adoption of new systems or processes.
Performance Monitoring:
·        Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
·       Prepare detailed reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE :-
·        Minimum of 12 years of project management experience in IT, SaaS, or Healthcare industries.
·        Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle.
·        Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
·        Strong leadership and team management skills.
·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Business Administration
A master's degree or an advanced certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
