Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely, within-scope execution and ongoing support across multiple accounts.
  • Oversee the entire application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
  • Drive digital solution design, focusing on marketing technologies and omni-channel customer journeys.
  • Implement project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, VSTS, MS Project) for efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, addressing issues and negotiating solutions for project success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 16+ years of experience in the IT services industry, with expertise in project delivery and support.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology solutions (e.g., Loyalty, CRM, Digital Content Management).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with technologies like Adobe, Unica, Informatica, Python, AWS, and analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Any Graduate
