Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10-12 years of experience, including 5+ years in managing data-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data governance, infrastructure, and analytics, with a focus on leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle of data projects (inception to delivery), ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Data Engineering, IT, Business Operations) to align goals and deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Allocate resources, manage risks, and oversee budgets.
• Implement data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Use Agile/Waterfall methodologies and manage third-party vendors.
• Continuously improve project processes and delivery methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10-12 years of experience in project management, 5+ years in data-driven projects.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of data management (data lakes, ETL, analytics).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and data platforms -Azure.
